Courtney Love To Sue Activision Over Kurt Cobain Guitar Hero Avatar...

If most just assumed that Activision had the approval of the Cobain estate, Courtney Love is adamant that is not the case. “Yeah, we’ll sue Activision,” Love wrote on Twitter early Thursday morning. “This is disgusting. But there’s a lot more.”

“I saw a piece of [Kurt’s] avatar on the nightly news. I actually had to vomit.”

On Wednesday, Love also tweeted, “For the record, this ‘Guitar Hero’ s—- is breach of contract on a bully’s part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction.” She then added, “We are going to sue the s—- out of Activision. We being the Trust, the Estate, the LLC, the various LLCs, Cobain Enterprises.”
