Eminem's 'Relapse' set for 2009...

Eminem has confirmed that his forthcoming new album, ‘Relapse’, will be released in early 2009.

The rapper told MTV TRL that after a number of years spent working on the album, he and producer Dr. Dre just had to finalise the tracklisting for the album, which will be the rapper’s first album of original material since 2004’s ‘Encore’.

Eminem is unlikely to release his forthcoming new album, Relapse, before the end of 2008, claims an anonymous record company “insider.”

According to the New York Post, despite U.K. and U.S. retail websites listing the album as set for a December release, Relapse is likely to be released early next year.
