THE FADER ANNOUNCES F2 SERIES: A DIGITAL-ONLY PUBLICATION THAT CELEBRATES ARCHETYPAL MUSIC GENRES THROUGH CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS

New York, NY: The FADER, the definitive voice of emerging music, today announced the quarterly digital only F2 series. To be available as a free download on iTunes and at TheFADER.com, F2 is a music-driven digital publication that re-imagines seminal music genres via their contemporary manifestations—taking musical movements like folk, blues and classic rock and finding the contemporary artists who represent today’s version of classic bands and movements. Andy Cohn, VP and Group Publisher of FADER Media made the announcement.
Each F2 supplement will focus on one genre and five of the emerging artists who serve as the genre’s modern day emissaries. The first in the series will be “The New Disco” with a launch date of March 26th.
