Fantom of the Beat sues 50 Cent, Lil' Kim over 'Magic Stick' cash...

According to the contract he signed with 50 Cent’s record company, a copy of which was attached to the lawsuit, Evans is owed royalties from the sale of “Magic Stick.”

He says he was paid nothing more than a $7,500 advance on the song. But Evans is listed as a producer on the album credits for “La Bella Mafia.”

“That song blew up – it was the biggest song on ‘La Bella Mafia,’” Evans said. “But everybody else is getting paid and I got left out.”
