Um, okay? What? Full story at the Connecticut Post (via All Hip Hop):

Two New York men producing and writing a hip-hop musical of the life of the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. were charged Wednesday with trying to steal more than $800 worth of books from the Barnes & Noble Book Store on Post Road East.

After they were spotted near the bookstore, the two denied having arrived at the bookstore in the Jaguar, where dozens of books were in plain site, police said. The books included nine sets of the “Fifty Shades of Grey” trilogy, three copies of “Soula Coaster, The Diary of Me,” by rapper R. Kelly and a single copy of “Murder Mamas.”
