John Mayer and his racist penis returned to the stage yesterday. The singer went on indefinite hiatus back in March due to a vocal injury. Via Gigwise:
He then underwent vocal cord surgery in September, and was told that he would be unable to sing for up to six months.
“And we’re back,” he tweeted, along with a photo of his gig in Bozeman.
Mayer had a typically Mayer-ish comment about his return.
“I don’t have a ton of range… I’m a 70-year-old version of myself,” Mayer is quoted as saying by CBS This Morning’s Anthony Mason, who will air a story on his 10 months away on February 10.
“It’s like a painter with just reds and purples,” Mayer added.
