Everyone’s favorite eccentric MC, Lupe Fiasco, returned to Twitter yesterday to announce that the follow up to this year’s successful Food & Liquor 2: The Great American Rap Album Pt 1 has been cancelled. Via Soul Culture UK:
Hello. A decision has been made that the project titled “F&L2 Part 2″ will be summarily cancelled for public release in 2013.
That said, he working on something else for this year.
The title/concept for Lupe’s 2013 release will be revealed later this year.
Hopefully he’s not working on a new Japanese Cartoon record.
