It’s called Orion, and it will be held at Bader Field in Atlantic City, New Jersey, a place Lars Ulrich referred to as having “a lot of fuck-off space.” During the livestream, James Hetfield said the fest is in tribute to Cliff Burton, Metallica’s former bassist who passed away in 1986—“Orion” refers to the song off Master of Puppets which features a massive solo from Burton. Tickets will be $150 and $175.

The Gaslight Anthem
Cage The Elephant
Gary Clark Jr.
The Black Angels
A Place to Bury Strangers
