GIRL, YOU KNOW IT’S TRUE: Negotiations are underway to bring in Brett Ratner as director of the proposed Milli Vanilli movie for Universal. The move would reunite Ratner and his Rush Hour cohort, writerJeff Nathanson, who penned the screenplay for the film, which is being produced by frequent Steven Spielberg collaborator Kathleen Kennedy with executive producer and Fab Morvan manager Kim Marlowe.
