Teenage drill scene phenom and boon to the legal profession Chief Keef now has the distinction of facing proceedings in both civil and criminal court. The rapper, who’s criminal troubles are well documented, is being sued by a promoter after he no-showed at a concert in London, England. Via All Hip-Hop:
Washington, DC based promotion company Team Major, LLC has retained the offices of Sulton Law Offices, to demand repayment for the botched concert, which was supposed to take place December 29, at the Indigo 02 Arena.
According to a rep for Sulton Law Offices, Chief Keef provided no notice or explanation for the no-show and simply disappointed thousands of fans.
Team Major was forced to issue refunds to fans in London, who had purchased their tickets in advance.
The lawsuit will be filed in United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
This marks the end of a generally terrible week for Keef, who was found to have violated the terms of his probation earlier in the week.
