Thousands join lawsuit against Hannah Montana fan club...

Thousands of Hannah Montana fans who couldn’t get concert tickets are suing the teen performer’s fan club over memberships they claim were supposed to give them priority for seats.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a New Jersey woman and anyone else who joined the Miley Cyrus Fan Club based on its promise that joining would make it easier to get concert tickets from the teen star’s website.

I bought the membership for my daughter after reading all the fine print and think I was reasonable in assuming fan club member orders would be filled before any were made available to the public.

I tried to get them through the fan club on time but was shut out, but not because the show was sold out. How do I know? A couple of days later I got them when they were made available to the general public.

It's pretty clear to me the fan clubs promises were fraudulent.
